IMO, the problem with your theoretical distinction is that, as I've said in my answer, we are far from having too much noise here. We have plenty of room for positive psychology, which is closely related to social and personality psychology if not wholly subsumed by them. Furthermore, the distinction between positive psychology and psychiatry is blurry at best, and psychiatry is explicitly included here. Quality answers would come more easily here, but I don't see major problems with Qs.
